So often, what we think is the "best" way to do something, actually ends up not working.
Has this ever happened to you?
Take getting a six pack for example. You read all the fitness magazines, talk with your personal trainer, try all the workouts, and yet - that elusive six pack still hides behind a layer of fat in your stomach.
So, what's going on here? Was all the information wrong? Did your trainer lie to you? Are you just not meant to get six pack abs?
Lack of results creates frustration. A frustration that will turn into excitement as you read every word of this article. I'm about to reveal to you a "secret" diet that will dramatically speed up the process of getting the six pack you desire.
You see, it isn't so much that the information you've gathered is wrong. It's just incomplete.
Getting six pack abs has very little to do with doing ab exercises.
Six pack abs come mainly as a result of your diet. Just think about this for a moment.
How much of your day do you spend in the gym working out your abs? Now, contrast that with how much of your day you spend eating and digesting food.
Pretty significant difference right?
So, what's the point?
The point is, if you want to get quick six pack abs, the component you ought to be paying the most attention to is your diet.
One of the most six-pack-friendly diets I've ever run across is called the Paleo Diet. The diet is very simple. Only eat foods that existed during the "Paleothic" era (also called the caveman era).
The list of foods available during that time is short:
-Meat
-Eggs
-Tree nuts
-Vegetables
-Fruit
Our bodies have been eating this type of food for millions of years. We are used to it. We haven't evolved to the point yet where we can handle "processed" foods such as grains and pastas.
Who knows if we'll ever get there.
For now, isn't it best to put foods you "know" are good for you into your body?
Can you imagine the type of benefit this would have on your abs?
In fact, a friend of mine at work lost 15 lbs in two weeks after starting this diet. He regularly tells me how much he loves it and how good he feels.
When you take in foods that are "foreign," your body has to work overtime to digest it. This messes with the natural rhythm of your body and ends up causes stress. And, we all know stress leads to weight gain.
If you're thinking a diet that doesn't include any starch, dairy, or sugar sounds difficult, I encourage you to try it out for a couple of weeks. You'll find it's actually quite easy.
You'll feel more energetic and vibrant than you ever have before. Your skin will start to glow and you'll be amazed you "light" you feel.
Not too mention the fact your stomach will thank you by slimming down tremendously.
