Chalene Johnson's new workout TurboFire has finally been released. TurboFire is described as a very intense cardio-conditioning program. This program is sure to be a hit since it is said to be more athletic that the other two, making it a little more accessible for those of us who are dance-choreography challenged.
TurboFire promises that it will get you leaner by providing exercises that burn up to 9 times more fat than regular cardio workouts do. It uses HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) routines which are intervals in which you give all you have for a very short period of time (such as 1 minute) and then you recover for a short period of time as well.
If you think that you will get bored with just another workout DVD, you are wrong.
