How To Train Your Worldventures Reps Properly

Before I begin, I want to disclose that I’m not a Worldventures rep. With that said, I have done extensive research on the Worldventures business opportunity, as well as it's products and comp plan, and upon review, find it to be a stable and solid business. Sad to say though, there are reps struggling to get their businesses going because they encounter some challenges that I will address in this article.

The biggest challenge faced by some Worldventures reps is that they don’t train their team members effectively. Often, you will see a Worldventures rep get excited about what they see at a presentation, recruit some people and then kick their heels back... thinking that the big residual checks will start rolling in. The second challenge that Worldventures reps face is having the wrong mindset when it comes to really building their organizations. Meaning, some of them think they can only sponsor a handful of reps and then manage, or ride, those people to financial independence. This is not the case. In order to be successful, you must be able to personally recruit and train new people.

A neat feature of the Worldventures payplan is that it's a binary, which means you only have to build two teams. With that said, the biggest drawback of this feature is it gives a new rep the misconception that they only have to recruit two people to be successful. Understand that to reach the top of the company, you must sponsor many, many people. In fact, I would be willing to bet that the top leaders have all personally sponsored at least 80 to 100 reps.

In this short article, I'll give you 3 ideas that will position you to build your Worldventures business in a more productive manner:

1. The most significant activity you need to put your attention on is personal sponsoring. It’s so important that at least 90% of your time needs to be invested in this area alone. Always remember, a new rep will solve 90% of your problems. Also, because your team members will copy whatever it is you do, it’s critical that you show them that the success you’re experiencing is because of your relentless efforts to sponsor new people.

2. 9% of your time should be invested in teaching your new team members how to productive and how to build their own businesses. Obviously, you will want to show them on how to enroll new people on a consistent basis since because that is what will cause them to have the most success over time.

3. The 1% of time you have left, should be spent on other aspects of your business. Do not spend your precious time on dealing with customer service issues or website challenges. Worldventures has it’s own departments that handle that. Simply direct any issues to it’s respective departments so you can stay focused on income-generating activities.

If you’re dead-serious about succeeding in Worldventures, it is vital that you allocate the proper time to business-building activities. Being productive in your business is extrememely important if you want to make the money they talk about on the Worldventures presentation. If you get caught up in miscellaneous activities that don’t directly effect your commissions checks, you will find yourself struggling in your Worldventures business.
