No one likes a hard sell, and that my friends is a fact, it goes against human nature. Most want to be seen to be making their own mind up, they love purchasing possessions, anything, from clothes to food to cars, down to business opportunities. However they must be seen as making their own decision and to know that the thought was theirs. The last being one of the hottest commodities on the internet in this time, with the economy continuing to deteriorate, and many seeing a double dip recession, with more hardship to come.
The problem is, all of us are constantly bombarded with sales material via the internet, in one form or another. How many do you respond to? Very few if any I suspect. And even when you do, you tend to subscribe, as that is the only way they will let you see the material, you download it and unsubscribe. It's the same old problem, the more you go after people, the faster they turn their backs on you. Everyone like to feel, that they checked the products, weighed the advantages and disadvantages and made their own mind up.
This is especially true for MLM Sponsoring, as this is an area where everyone is bombarded with the same type of offers, and the trick is to find the right merchandise for you and the right team to join. These factors are critical, no point selling a product that you have no passion for, you will not be motivated to buy it yourself, others will sense that and not purchase from you. Unless of course you are one of those born sales people who can sell ice in the North Pole, but those are pretty rare.
So, if you are a mere mortal like your truly you will have to find a way to attract prospects that are driven, so enthusiastic, that they will be calling you and asking to join. This is where Magnetic MLM Sponsoring comes in. The book was written about 3 years ago by Mike Dillard who is an expert in the area of MLM, and if you haven't yet got it, check below for details.
Consider this, what is your first reaction when someone tries to sell you something? and the harder the sell, the more you want to get away. On the other hand let us say that you have decided to buy a new television. You have already done youe research, decided the model you want and all that is left to do is to find the best price you can get.
Now, this is the the position you want to be in when you're doing your MLM sponsoring, chances are that your prospects have heard of your company, especially if they have been looking for some time, they've already decided they wanted to join a specific company, but are now looking for the right leader to join under, and that leader is You!
By changing the way that you approach the conversation and the attitude that you have in the conversation, you will no longer be hung up on. You will be sponsoring a ton more than before. Prospects will actually thank you for the value that you give them.
Sponsoring and talking to prospects doesn't have to be hard, annoying, or filled with rejection.
All you need to know is how to do it the decent way, the cool way, from someone that knows how to do it and does it well.
