After a few members of my team wanted to know what software programs I use most I decided to write a post about Mlm Network Marketing free tools and excellent software. After struggling in the first year online.Wasting time and money wading through the endless software options this should save you time and minimizes your start-up costs.
My first recommendation is Google Gmail this program is loaded with features and easy to use.First, it has "Google chat" which allows me to chat in real time with my leads or prospects that are online. The great thing is it also saves these chats for me so I have a record of them I can refer to later.
Second, Gmail comes with "offline" features. By clicking on "settings", then offline you can enable this feature. What it does is saves all your emails "offline". What's this mean? You can go through and answer each email without an internet connection. Google has unlimited space basically so there's never a reason to delete anything. Instead, save it in the archives. This keeps only unanswered stuff in your in box, and everything else is archived, which allows you to access anytime in the future. BONUS TIP - click on settings, then click on labs, and enable "send & archive". This way when you respond to an email and send it out, it will automatically archive the email for you. How great is that?
And one excellent feature is keyboard shortcuts. This is under "labs".Once enable, you'll see a tab at the top of settings that says keyboard shortcuts. My favorites are "c" for compose, "e" for archive, the shortcut for "select read conversations" and "go to all mail". This saves you a huge amount of time. You can find it at Google gmail.
The second software program is a screen capture utility. MWSnap is a small yet powerful Windows program for snapping (capturing) images from selected parts of the screen. This program is free and can be downloaded here http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/mwsnap.html.

The last software I am going to talk about is word press used to build your own blog. It takes seconds and you can get a blog started in less time than it takes you to read this sentence. All you need is an email address. You'll get your own WordPress.com address, free storage, great free and customizable designs for your blog, 3 gigabytes of file storage (that's about 2,500 pictures!) and all the other great features listed here. You can blog as much as you want for free, blogging can be about anything you want, it to be it can be public to the world or private for just your friends, and the premium features are completely optional.
