With your MLM recruiting, not every approach will produce results. But, most people only know the painful way. They are taught how to PITCH their deal first to their friends and family, then to anyone who comes within 3 feet from of them, and then to call and pitch biz opp leads...

The biggest problem with this strategy is that people don't like to be sold. These MLM recruiting methods no longer are viable for many people; your prospects (or suspects most of the time) can smell a pitch coming a thousands miles away, & as soon as they feel that they're about to go through a sales pitch - because of past experiences they've had or heard about - they immidiately put up a wall and shut you out. Put yourself in your prospects' shoes: how genuinely interested are you in someone who's pitching you on something that you may or may not even have an interest or need for? Are you attracted to them, or maybe even a little repulsed? Most people would be repulsed!

Here's how to explode your MLM recruiting: stop trying to pitch and sell! People don't like to be sold - but they do like to buy! The key is they have to first sell THEMSELF on YOU. It's important that they like, trust and respect you both personally and in business.

How can you do that? First of all, you concentrate on the needs of your prospects: what problems can you help them with. Find the answers to their problem and give them the information. This is how you build trust (and promotes you as a leader in their eyes). Then over time as your prospects glean more and more value from you, you become the expert because of all the high-value answers you've given them. Now they'll start listening to your recommendations and start buying from you - even asking you what they should buy. Suddenly people begin to become attracted to you, they want to follow and join you in whatever you are doing.

And do you know how your mindset has changed? The fear melts away, your confidence emerges, and instead of scarcity you only know abundance. MLM recruiting is easy when you become a top earner and master attraction marketing.
