Flash base websites do not have an universal application as they tend to work well on broad band connections and are sloppy to the point of annoyance on slow internet connections. If you however decide to go for a flash website then your best option is to hire a website designer who would advice you on how to make a website best suited for your audience. Off course such a service would come at a cost. You should be ready to pay for what is worth or do-it-yourself if you have a time. Remember though that whatever you choose it should increase your business flow and not take you from and your valuable time from it.
