.There are five reasons why you are not sponsoring anybody.
# 1. No one has told you how to sponsor!
When I ask you this question, can you answer in 20 words or less, without hesitating?Let's take a shot, do you know what being a sponsor is? Most new network marketers, when asked this question, have trouble answering without rambling. This is not said to anger you, however, most people new to the business can't give you an answer with conviction. Sponsors teach you what part of your business is most important, YOU They are there to instruct you on self marketing to the world. Remember who you are is what's being sold, never think otherwise. You will hear this from anyone that knows how to make money networking.. When people new to the business sign up to your Primary business, it is because they: trust you, and what you're doing. Your style, the way you put pen to paper, talk, and what youthink, intrigue's them.
# 2. You're not attracting people who are ready to become new network marketers. The days of exploiting a new network marketers warm leads are over. (friends, family, associates). This is done through attraction marketing. Attraction Marketing is all about acquiring leads that are ready to start working with youwithout hesitation.
By having a system that others can follow easily, you'll have many people asking you to sponsor them. People are always looking for leaders. However, not many people know how to lead. Knowing what you need to teach your downline as their sponsor is more important than even being good at teaching them. As a good sponsor you have to know how FaceBook, Twitter, and Article Marketing will exponentially increase their business, and be able to teach them.When you're going to train people how to build a business online you have to teach them about affiliate programs, blogging, and why it is the number one thing, video marketing. You have to "Learn before you Earn!" Educating yourself in these aspects of network marketing will help anyone in any multilevel marketing company. This will also help you accomplish the next step of your process, DUPLICATION!
#3. Your Process is not Duplicatable!
This is where people succeed or fail. Know one wants to go to the mall and go up to people they don't know, and ask them to go into business with them. Even if YOU do, 99% of the people you sponsor, or hope to sponsor, do not. It's the same as a man going up to a woman he's never met before, pulling out a ring, and proposing. How do you think that would end? Of course, after the mace, security would be called.
Attraction Marketing Attraction Marketing is the only way to build a network marketing company. Through the use of social media, and domains with capture pages you can train new network marketers in a way they feel comfortable with, even if they've only just started. The only thing people hate more than speaking in front of an audience, fear of rejection from a stranger. I will never tell you that face to face sponsoring is a thing of the past. If you make it easier to sponsor without as much rejection, in the beginning, you'll grow your network much much faster. On top of that they will ask you to join your primary business. That's right, they'll, find you.
#4. Video Marketing is not part of your program!
Bach, AH Bach! Video Marketing, Ah Video Marketing. This is one of the most important things I can tell you about attraction marketing. If you want to have a following on the internet, and don't worry you will get over your fear of the camera quickly. You can make Power Point videos with voice overs. This is a great way for your networkers to expand their business; also this will show people you're an expert. In order to be successful you have to become an expert in at least one section of Attraction Marketing. Video marketing is a good section to focus on. Videos carry more weight on the internet, when it comes to Google et.al... That little tidbit right there is worth 52.5 pounds in Gold.
#5. You can never quit!
My dad once said to me the main thing most people are missing is discipline. Follow through, will make you a leader, and people will follow you. When you start an Attraction Marketing campaign you have to understand it is not going to happen overnight. Make your people aware that they may have set backs. Some may quit. People won't follow through on commitments. It may take them a little while to get use to making videos, or writing articles, or calling people you've never met. You have to tell your people to be determined. Sometimes its lonely at the top because most don't stick with things long enough to meet you up there!
