You can join the company by purchasing an initial order of products, and then maintaining a monthly autoship order to maximize the compensation plan. The compensation plan itself provides four different ways to get paid. The first way to earn income is to buy products at wholesale and sell them at retail. The second way to make money is through Powerstart Commissions which are earned when new people are sponsored into your team. The third way to make money is through monthly residual income which you can earn on up to 9 levels beneath you, depending on your rank in the company. The fourth way to get paid is through quarterly bonus pools based on the company's global revenue.
