Over the years, Freedoms Door has successfully organized a number of fundraising activities in order to meet their
growing needs in the Okanagan Valley. Through participating in their fundraising dinners, you are making a difference and supporting Freedom's Door to help those men who want to recover from alcohol, drug and substance abuse.
Every year, men who are looking for the hope of a better life, free from addiction, turn to Freedoms Door as a way to recover from their drug and alcohol addiction difficulties.
In order to successfully carry on their humanitarian work, they need you to give generously to Freedom's Door fundraising dinner on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the Kelowna Gospel Fellowship Church, and also they will be having another dinner on Thursday, November 17, 2011 in West Kelowna at Our Lady of Lourdes Elementary School.
The goal for these dinners would be to make people aware of the work being done by Freedom's Door and to raise funds for the continuing expansion and improvements to their non-profit organization.
In the springtime of 2011, the annual fundraising dinner raised many dollars needed! They want to thank all their donors for the assistance at Freedom's Door in it's fight to beat drug and alcoholism. The funds raised for programs as well as services that not only improve and help the lives of these people but it has huge rippling effects. Households and communities are also affected by the incredibly good outcomes associated with drug rehabilitation.
