Next, you can join as a consultant with a starter pack, which would cost you a little over $500. You can also join as a consultant with a builder pack, which would cost you a little over $1,600. And lastly, you can join as a consultant with a pro pack, which would cost you a little under $2,800. Of course, to get started with the most tools, it’s recommended that you start at the pro pack level, although it’s not mandatory.
Now, let’s touch upon the actual compensation plan. The compensation plan is a stair-step-breakaway and pays out several ways including retail and wholesale profits, long-term residual income and additional bonus pools. It’s also interesting to note that Nikken provides some extra incentives for top producers in the form of lifestyle bonuses which pay for your car and house payments. Of course, since it’s a breakaway compensation plan, you may run the risk of aggressive leaders in your team hitting your level and cutting off your overrides if you stop or slow down your sponsoring efforts. However, it’s important for you to know that while you certainly can build a Nikken business by approaching your friends and family, you can significantly increase your chances of success by combining your offline efforts with generating pre-qualified leads online.
