The only way to truly know if it's a scam is to join and see what's on the other side, I believe that Trudeau made it this way to spark curiosity in a person to want to know what's on the other side and if they get what they want they can stay and pay the monthly fee of $150 but if they don't get what they want the won't be able to get there joining fee of $1000 back nor will they be able to share any of the experience that they learned in Global Information Network.
This strategy of not giving away any information about exactly what you will be receiving before you join a company is mostly considered outrageous in this industry but because of the marketing angle that Global Information Network is using with it's Secret Societies you never know, they just might be able to get away with it...

One is by becoming an affiliate which is free and this will allow you to make $200 off every person that you refer to GIN who becomes a member, the second way that you get paid with GDI is by becoming a member yourself (which costs $1000 initiation fee and $150 of monthly dues) and participating in their secret money making classified information that they just don't disclose.
