This set is the most remarkable one I have worked with. I have used many other nonstick pans, stainless steel, cast iron. and I choose these cookware over all. One thing to note is that the nonstick surface area scratches right off of these pans if you use any kind of metal. As the cookware have exposed metal on them it is not a great idea to stack them on top of each other or to let pile up in the sink. This has not at all been a problem for me because the cleanup on these cookware is super fast. Get yourself a set of bamboo kitchen utensils in addition to this set and you're in business for some eco-friendly low toxicity cooking.
The instructions say you can use little (or no) butter/grease etc., but I always use simply just a touch depending on what I'm cooking, and nothing sticks to these cookware. They wash like a breeze so no problem not putting them in the dishwasher. They seem to brown more evenly and heat a lot more successfully than my other, inexpensive cookware. I would really suggest to anybody willing to invest the money. I am exploring to add more items not involved in this set.
Besides from the non stick coating working nicely the greatest plus for this set is the weight. They are not excessively weighty. The holders do stay cool on the stove. They are really durable but partly hollow which helps them keep cool. I like the eco pleasant position on these. They fact that they use recycled elements is great. The set is a great price. I probably bought them for $120.00 at the moment and delivery was totally free. I would propose this set based on my use thus far. If you have the storage space and are ready to follow instructions by the producer for using them I think you will be happy.
