The Lego airport is one of my favorite Lego sets ever created. This great set was first introduced in 1994. It is still very beloved and it’s still totally looks like a current airport. If you enjoy building Lego sets and also enjoy airplanes then this is a very fun set for you. My kids have had this set for five years and it was one of their preferred sets. I have listed some of the product features below.
Some of the product features in the Lego airport include a complete control tower. It also has a baggage claim, a security check, a viewer’s platform, an airplane and a luggage truck. It includes five airport personnel mini figures, and a revolving door baggage claim carousel that really spins. The entire set has 700 pieces.
The really cool thing about the Lego airport is that it has a 747 airplane included with it. The jet has seats and a cockpit with instrumentation panels. Everything about this set is very realistic looking. Your kids will spend hours playing with the Lego airport. Some adults I know even still play with Legos and let me tell you this set really is pretty fun to play with.
The plane that comes with this set is pretty durable. You also get a city passenger plane so its pretty cool to have more than one plane. One cool feature is that you can take the roof off of the airplane and put passengers in and out and feed them food and stuff. The plan looks pretty cool with the roof off of it. Plus the airport part looks so real it really is worth the money.
So if you or your kids like to play with Legos then I highly recommend the Lego airport. It is a very fun babysitter for hyper kids. Plus you know that you are getting a safe quality product that has been around for years. The price for the Lego airport can run between $100 and $359. So make sure that your kids really like Legos before you go buying this.
