When it comes to building a business on the internet, numerous people are misinformed, thinking they can become rich overnight in cyberspace. Because they have read some articles, watched a few YouTube video clips and listened to several online interviews they have concluded that they are equipped to go out and make a million dollars on the Internet. But you can read eBooks, listen to audio interviews and watch PC-videos all day long and still not be able to get something going online. If this is you—you are stuck in the internet rut and you probably don't know why.

Starting an online business is all about having the right information. Most of the information you need to effectively begin an Online business is available online, so why do most people still fail miserably?

The dilemma is there is a great deal of information out there, some of which amounts to nothing more than a “how to” letter written by someone who is still learning the art of how to do the very thing that they are trying to counsel you to do. It’s like the blind leading the blind. Here's something extremely essential... everything you need to make money online or offline is accessible to you immediately... the problem is, "who do you trust?" and "what do you accept as true?"

One of the fundamentals to obtaining success in anything is obligation. It is scary to have to ‘commit’ to something when you're not sure if the course of action you choose to take will pay off or not. And if you’re like most people you do not want to squander your time on activities that will not bring you closer to your economic and personal goals. In that respect you are right to be cautious... but don't confuse being careful with being prudent.

Sometime the most prudent thing to do is to take action even when you do not have all the facts. There are times when just getting started is the best choice of action. You have to develop your ‘gut’ instincts. Decide on a target and shoot! If you miss the target, you move on to the next one.

One thing you can be sure of and that is, doing nothing will get you only one thing: NOTHING. You must make a selection, develop a plan and then proceed on it! Taking action toward the thing you are trying to accomplish will always win... even if you start wrong, it's better than sitting still. As you move toward something you create 'course corrections', refining your approach as you go. Learn from your errors but whatever you do—KEEP ON MOVING.

Refusing to act will leave you paralyzed, and you will stay exactly where you were yesterday. But once you take action you will in no way be the same... “the moments I truly live are the moments when I act with my entire will” - Oswald Chambers.

If you are reading this article you are prepared to take action—right? Chances are you have most likely read a few eBooks. Most of the information in eBooks is okay, but some of it is pretty bad advice. But if you’re determined to be a profitable entrepreneur you know by now that you need more than counsel. You need a model to follow and a strategy of action if you are going to be successful online.
