There is a new personal development direct sales company on the block called Avant if you haven't heard of this company it might be because Avant was only foundered in February 2010 by Brent Payne so this company is still very young.
Avant is based in Scottsdale Arizona and is determined to be the next direct sales company in the personal development niche but for some reason they seem to be calling it global awareness instead of personal development yet the Avant products are training the same message that the personal development industry is teaching.
Avant is almost a direct clone of lifepath unlimited with the products and compensation plan being near identical with a few exceptions such as the quality difference in Avant's products compared to Lifepath Unlimited Products, Avant's products lack the quality that Lifepath is offering yet they are very similar but having said this Avant isn't even one year old so I'm sure there will be some great stuff going on in the Avant company.
Avant's compensation plan is slightly different to Lifepath's as they have added a residual override bonus pool which seems like a good idea but you will want to do the comparison yourself because both Lifepath Unlimited and Avant are very similar so if you are thinking of joining Avant I would strongly advise you to check out Lifepath Unlimited first before you choose Avant as you home business.
So what are the Avant Products?
The first product is Elevate a 72 day home based personal development course that comes with a dvd, journal, guide book and three cd's for the price of $1,595.
Very similar to Lifepath Unlimited's Discovery Series.
The second product is Transform which is a 3-day event where you will get to be acquainted with each person in the Avant community, get hands on personal development training, concludes with a black tie dinner event to celebrate the transformational experiences that you will go through at this event and the price of Transform is $9,495.
Compare to Lifepath Unlimited's Breakthrough Event.
The third product in the Avant product line up is Transcend which is basically Tranform but with one extra day, more life changing experiences and a special guest that no one knows who it will be, the price of Transcend is $16,495.
Very similar to Lifepath Unlimited's Destiny Event but lacking quality.
After having reviewed both Avant and Lifepath Unlimited the main differences I have found that Avant's products lack quality when standing next to Lifepath's products but again Avant is only a very young company and there very well could be changes and upgrades in the future.
Avant's compensation plan is very similar to Lifepath's but they have added a residual override bonus pool which seems cool but again you will want to compare these two compensation plans yourself either way these two companies have a top tier compensation plan which means high end products with high end commissions.
It truly doesn't matter what company you decide to go with because at the end of the day if you don't know how to market your home business online then you will have a hard time trying to sponsor anyone into your company especially when you are asking for $1,595 to join so it is very important to have a sales funnel in place so you are creating multiple income streams and not relying only on sales in the company.
Choosing a company to join to start a home based business is a very essential decision because you want to be passionate about the products, the mission, the people, the company itself and also have a very lucrative compensation plan so you can easily make a 5 - 6 figure monthly income.
