Knowing what to expect during your first year in network marketing will help you in the long run but there are certain things that the Network Marketing Gurus haven’t told you. So please understand that your first year is usually the most difficult year now don’t allow this to scare but it’s the truth.

If you are dealing with a real leader in the network marketing industry that’s ahead of you then they should be more than willing to help guide you along the way by offering whatever assistance you may need. They also need to show you how to generate leads for your business, face rejection, continue to stay motivated and set realisitic goals for yourself.

If you have started marketing on the internet I’m sure that you have noticed how the network marketing gurus are just all over the place. But the good thing about the internet is that you don’t have to drive to someone else’s home or show up at any hotel meetings. You actually have the freedom of working in the comfort of your own home and you can even work in your pajamas if you wish. This is one of the reasons why most entrepreneurs are turning to the internet to build their business.

From my own personal experience its one of the best routes to take. There are so many different strategies you can use to grow your business on the internet. Hopefully before we go any further you are one of the few that’s really going to take your home based business seriously.

Did you know that network marketing companies usually omit the middle man which puts you in a position to be able to earn an unlimited amount of income in the years to come? This is why during your first year in network marketing you need to start investing in yourself by getting all of the knowledge and training you need.

This is also where a real leader falls into play their job is to help you get started by understanding what you are doing, how to brand and market yourself, how to develop your niche, how to turn leads into prospects and how to build a massive downline. As you get your knowledge and skills understood then you can carry this same technique over to your new members.

This is called being duplicatable. That’s why you have to go through the struggles of building a business and facing your fears in this industry. Believe it or not this also determines your level of success and failure. So slow down and take your time by getting to know this industry and start taking it more seriously if you haven’t already.

Network Marketing Gurus Also Fail To Mention

Another thing I’m want to talk more about is being realistic. The majority of network marketing gurus in this industry that are making the big bucks didn’t start out earning tons of money right off hand. In fact they had to go through the same struggles and challenges that you and may be going through right now. When you are a newbie you aren’t going to start out making all this money on the front end.

They also fail to mention that when they got into the industry they were just as lost and frustrated as everybody else. Your goals should be on making a lifetime committment by being willing to work hard and doing whatever it takes to reach your success.

Its no different if you were going to college for a career that would take anywhere from two to eight years to complete before your actual career started. Network Marketing is the same way there really isn’t much difference. Well I guess there is a difference it really doesn’t take as long as going to school to get a career does.
