Mouth Watering Cakes

Cakes have different and unique flavors. If you are an avid fan of cakes, you would have accumulated some EASY CAKES BAKING tips. You don't have to be an expert to bake a cake, just get the right procedures and ingredients andĄ­voila a mouth watering cake is made.
Here are some SIMPLE CAKES RECIPES just for you.
Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
1. Chocolate chips - 12 ounce
2. Instant coffee - 2 tbsp.
3. Water - 5 tbsp.
4. Margarine - 1/2 cup
5. Butter - 1/2 cup
6. Egg yolks - 6
7. White sugar - 2 cups
8. All- purpose flour - 1 cup
9. Egg whites - 6
10. Confectioner's sugar - 1 tbsp.
Baking procedures:
a. Grease a 9 x 3 inch springform pan. Wrap bottom pan securely using an aluminum foil until it exceeds up to 1 inch on to the sides. Set aside.
b. Preheat oven to 350 deg. F
c. Melt the coffee granules and chocolate chips with water in a ceramic bowl in 30 second intervals in a microwave, stir after each melting for 1 to 3 minutes. Remember; do not over heat to prevent the mixture to burn. Set aside and to cool.
d. Beat the margarine, butter and white sugar using an electric mixer until it is light and fluffy. Notice the mixture to be lighter in color. Add the egg yolks one at a time to allow each egg yolk to blend into the mixture before adding the next egg. Mix in the flour gradually to incorporate it. Fold in the melted chocolate to evenly combine.
e. Beat white eggs in a metal mixing bowl until it is foamy. Continue beating until it stiffens. Whisk straight up: the egg whites should form enough to hold its shape, like a sharp peak. Fold the egg whites every three folds into the chocolate mixture to evenly combine. Pour the batter into the pan.
f. Bake the prepared mixture in the preheated oven for 1 hour to 5 minutes. Insert a toothpick then sees if it comes out clean, it is now done. Remove it in the oven and let it cool on a wire rack. Sift confectioner's sugar on top then serve.
Orange Cake
Ingredients:
1. Yellow cake mix - 18.25 ounce
2. Instant lemon pudding mix - 3 ounce
3. Orange juice - 3/4 cup
4. Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
5. Eggs - 4
6. Lemon extract - 1 tsp.
7. Orange juice - 1/3 cup
8. White sugar - 2/3 cup
9. Butter - 1/4 cup
Directions:
a. Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan.
b. Preheat the oven to 325 deg. F
c. Stir and mix together the cake and pudding mixture in a large bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour oil, eggs, orange juice and lemon extract. Beat using an electric mixer in a low speed until all are blended. Beat the mixture for another 4 minutes in medium speed then pour into the prepared pan.
d. Bake the prepared mixture in preheated oven for an hour. Cool for ten minutes then transfer onto a wire rack to completely cool.
e. Cook the orange juice, sugar and butter for two minutes in medium heat then drizzle on top of the cake. Serve
