Searching for a company to join can be a long difficult task but finding a
sponsor and a the best team to join can be even harder. I'm sure you have
already done your research on the shopping genie and realized what a great
opportunity it is so I did not really want to focus on that.
What I would like to speak about is sponsorship and Team Support. Most of the time
people get so excited about a particular business like the shopping genie
that they just hop right in and join with anybody without even knowing much
about that person or the support that they have to offer.
What then tends to happen is that these people get excited but don't know
where to start? Their sponsor may not answer their phone when they need him
or her or take 3 days to reply to an email when you really need them most.
Then the new member gets frustrated and drops out, starting the vicious attrition cycle.
Believe me, I speak from experience. I have been stranded in the past and had
to figure everything out on my own. I should have been more selective and joined with the right people instead of the ones that were going to leave me in the dust.
You may have a friend that is has been trying to get you to join the shopping genie business with him or her as we speak. Ask yourself if he or she is actually working the business or just playing around with it. My guess is that you don't want to play around, you want to make some serious money. So although its good to be loyal, this is a business decision so if you friend is anything but all the way in, you may want to really cosider who you end up joining with.
There are a few questions to ask yourself before you make your decision.
1. Is the person I am thinking of joining with all the way in or half way in?
2. Will this person be available for me if I need help with a prospect or will
I be supplied with up line phone numbers should he or she not be available?
3. Does the team I join with have a website in place that will be able to
not only help myself but the prospects that I introduce into the business?
(Training Material,Webinars,Conference calls ect...
These are all important factors to look at before joining the shopping genie.
Here is exactly what I did, I partnered with people that I knew wanted to grow
the business and make some serious money. Then I developed some of my own
materials to even further help the team. These materials run 24/7.
By partnering with a group like this, it gave me credibility and resources to go
to when I had that hot prospect that wants to talk to the higher ups first.
You may be a big dog yourself but not to your friends. They see you as you
and might need that extra push to get them over the edge :)
