There is really only one way you will get better at network marketing and MLM recruiting and that is to get good at talking to people.. You need to understand that as you learn the different personality types you will get better at MLM recruiting. Understanding that there are four main personalites and knowing how to relate to these personalities will open the door to establishing the right rapport and help you to recruit more into your MLM
The first personality is the Yellow type.. They are the givers, they don't want to be sold and they don't want to experience your excitement about how great your opportunity is. Don't tell them about how much money they can make but instead explain to them how many people they can help by doing this business. If you really want to build rapport with a yellow start talking about their families and their life.. When you show them how your business will help the people in their lives and the good of all people you will get them to respond postively to your opportunity. Also show them how they can help others grow to success and live their dreams. Yellow's just really love helping others
Some people only want to have fun. This personality type would be your Blue's. It's not a large percentage but it does account for about 15% of the population. You will find many Blue's already in the field of sales and if they are already in the MLM industry they have been in and out of many programs. They typically grasp things really quickly and don't need to many details. When you talk to a blue type tell them about how fun the business is and how much fun they will have in joining the business. When you show them that building a business with you is going to lead to them having more time to have more fun you will have them hooked. When you show that that this business means success and fun they will sell themselves
The next personality type accounts for 35% of the population. This would be your green personality. The Greens are you analytical personalities. They will be very analytical when researching your network marketing opportunity so be ready. They love going through the comp plans and analyzing them in every way possible. It can be frustration if you are working with the green personality but you need to be patient with them. Keep in mind that they are thirty-five percent of the people you will encounter so give them what they need. Just do things like give them your corporate website, send them to the webinars, and tools you might be using just give them data. Just realize that they don't like to be pushed. Try to answer all there questions and don't talk to fast Give them time to analyze this information, don't try to get a quick response from them and let them get back to you.
The last personality are the Reds, Red's want to Money They only account for fifteen percent. When talking with the red type don't chit chat about the family, or the fun things in life - talk about money and how much money they can make. Period.
They are into selling and closing the deal and want to work with others who will do the same
They are, get the job done people. Your Reds are definitely not coachable. Sometimes they will have many that quit the business because they are so demanding. The good thing about Reds is that they are typically very well connected, they will know many influential people who can also come into your business.
When you understand all this and get out there and talk to these personality types and give them what they need. Understanding what they need to make a decision and give that to them. Really start listening to people. The more you let them talk the more you will know what they need . All you need to do is to ask the right questions.
Also keep in mind that we are all a blend of colors depending on the situation. Yes we have a primary color but we typically have a dominate color which accounts for how we look at things. You need to be a camelain when it comes to dealing with the different types of personality and develop rapport by undertanding how they see the world and then relating to them the way that is most suitable. This will eventually lead you to developing deeper relationships and increase your MLM recruiting
As you learn and apply these personality traits, there is not doubt the you will increase your MLM recruiting and just help you help more people become successful at network marketing
