1) Decide how much you can eat per day and count how much calories you have consumed so that you will have a clue how to trim down your calories. Do a Google search online to assist you to find calorie tables to do your calculations.

2) See if you can prepare your meals ahead of time.
Use Google to aid you to find wholesome recipes or visit your nearest book store to buy cooking books to prepare nourishing meals. It is not as challenging as you might think. You can do your planning during your off days or even during Saturdays for the next week's meals. Try to ensure that you bring down the calories in your meal plan so that it will help you to slim fast. You always need raw vegetables and fruits which are not too sweet in your dieting plan. Take your packed food from home for your lunch complete with fruits and salads too. This is the best idea on how to slim fast.

3) Decide which foodstuff you are willing to decrease.
You will have to steer clear of bottled drinks, coffee and beverages (packed with sugar) which comes together with your fast food sets because they are too sweet.
