I don’t know about you, but when I am first learning about a new network marketing company, I like to first take a look at the compensation plan. After all, that is the most important part of any company that you join. Why choose any company over another, unless you are convinced that you can make more money with that company than you could with another? Today, we are going to take a look at the Wowgreen compensation plan.
The first means of income that you are introduced to when you look at the Wowgreen compensation plan is the Direct Sales Commission. For those of you considering Wowgreen, or network marketing for that matter, it is important that you choose a company with products that you can stand behind. If you are interested in helping the environment, and you feel that green cleaning products are a great step toward doing so, then the products at Wowgreen may be the ones for you. Not only will you have to sell them in order to make a commission, but you will also find yourself using the products that you are selling, as you would with any network marketing company. Making sure that the product is something that you enjoy is the first step in determining whether or not you can sell them.
Next, we have the First Order Enrollment Bonus. Any network marketing company, Wowgreen included, has certain levels that you can reach, that increase the amount of compensation you receive for recruiting and selling. Wowgreen refers to them as your “paid-as” rank. This is when we first start recognizing the importance of our downline, as far as making money goes with Wowgreen. Depending on your paid-as rank, you can make up to fifty dollars per person who joins your downline by purchasing the Green Starter Pack, and up to one hundred dollars for every person who joins your downline by purchasing the Green Action Pack. Of coarse, you will not make fifty or one hundred per person right when you join. You need to reach different paid-as ranks in order to make that much money per sign up. You reach different paid as-ranks by growing the amount of products you sell, as well as the number of people in your Wowgreen downline. However, the more people that you have in your downline, the greater volume of products move through you, which is why the best marketers focus on their downline, rather than selling the product.
The Binary Bonus is basically just another way that your downline will get you more money. Wowgreen has done a remarkable thing by setting up their compensation plan in what they call the Binary Tree. When you first join Wowgreen, you start at the top of your tree. You have two spots to fill, and for the sake of things, let’s call these spots the left side, and the right side. When you enroll two people underneath you, they fill up the left side and the right side spots. Now that your two spots are filled, every new person that you enroll is placed underneath the two people that you signed up in the first place. This will grow not only the volume of your downline, but also the volume of your downline’s downline, if that makes sense. Therefor, the more successful you are with Wowgreen, the more successful your personal enrollees will be. Likewise, the more successful the people you sign up are, the more successful you will be. The Wowgreen binary tree method of compensation simply screams money for everyone. The Binary Bonus is simply 10-20% (depending on your paid as level) of the volume of sales that moves through your downline. Remember, you have two sides, the right side and the left side, so the Binary Bonus is given weekly, based on the volume of product moved on your lesser side, or the side that moved less product. So, if you have 10,000 personal volume points moved through your lesser downline, and you are at a paid-as level that offers twenty percent of that, then you would receive $2,000 dollars for the week. That is a good chunk of money.
Remember the First Order Enrollment Bonus? Well, when you reach the paid as-rank of Executive, you are eligible for the Executive Matching Bonus. Basically, if you have members of your downline that are Distributors, Managers, Supervisors and Directors (paid-as rankings), and they receive a First Order Enrollment Bonus, you receive it too. You get this until someone in your Wowgreen downline achieves the rank of Executive, at which point they get the bonus, but you are moved up to something better. The more complicated outline of the Wowgreen compensation plan will show you exactly how much money you can make at this point, it is something that is down the line if you join Wowgreen.
Of course, as with all network marketing companies, the higher you get in the company, the more you will be qualified to earn car bonuses and vacation bonuses and things of that nature. These all come down the line.
After looking at the compensation plan for Wowgreen, anyone can see that the key to making money with this company is understanding how to grow your downline. With the Binary Tree concept used by Wowgreen, it will not be hard for you to encourage people to join your downline. Because all of the work you do benefits your downline directly, and vice versa, Wowgreen has the ability to grow your downline quickly, and compensate you with a lot of money for doing so.
