Property Options ,what exactly are they?
A Property Option is a legal instrument (a document) that allows you to control
a property. Multi-millionaires like Robert Kioyasaki and Donald

Here is a short version of how it may work - lets say you find a great parcel
of land that is 2000sqm on a corner block close to a main shopping centre. It
has an old looking house and shed on it. You do your research and find that it

next door and he bought it for $900,000 1 year earlier.

Based on the above example of making $1.5 million profit (which we have to
change to $1.4 million as we offered $100,000 above valued price to get the
deal done). You would walk away from the deal that you found having put no
risk or money in with a cool $280,000.
