1. The first thing you need to have is the right body language, attitude and a strong authority when getting on the phone.
You must be encouraging, self-assured and convincing!! Remember you are executing a Multi-million dollar empire. And you are the owner of Your Corporation. You have to believe that this is a powerful business so treat it like the owner of Chase treats his business activities -- with determination and you are really looking for people who are the best people in the world to be in your company.
This is really what you are looking for:
You are looking for people with aspiration; someone who is willing to study new things, to establish more value and be paid more because of that. You are looking for the prospect who has had enough of being tired and broke and someone who want to do something about it. You want a prospect who is a winner and is willing to do the work. No trying just doing!!
2. You always want to smile when you are on the phone!! A good thing to do is to keep a mirror where you are working and peek at yourself to see if you are smiling. Have the right attitude of “My business is growing” and I don't need anyone's approval!! Keeping the mirror by the phone really works. You will notice yourself looking serious when beginning to call your Prospects, and when you catch yourself and see your facial expression you say to yourself, I'd better smile . Then you will smile and yor energy will shift to a lighter more fun feeling in your body. Thenit's time to call! It actually works!

4. You want to keep in Mind. I am building a business. I am not a sales person or a telemarketer. You are building a relationship with people who you are interviewing to be a part of your Network Marketing Company. You want to build your team with the best people.
5. You want to be yourself – Listen to what your prospect are telling you, get to know your potential business partner. You want to build a trusting relationship so learn what is vital to them. They will eventually sell themselves on making a change in their lives.
6. Build Trust - This realtionship must be based on trust. You will learn this skill and you will benefit from this more because you will really learn how to care about people, and their needs and then you will be able to help them in altering their future. (Get 100 cheap leads to call and practice you will see it's really not that bad)
7. You have to keep in mind This is a sorting process and you will find the best people Either they will have the desire and the willingness to learn new skills to succeed or they won’t. It's no big deal. You want to work with only the best and they must want the same.
8. This is a big one. DO NOT get attached to the consequences. You are. This will happen just keep doing it. If you get attached to the results you will go on an emotions roller coaster. This is business and lif, some days will be better than others.
9. You want to stay in control conversation by asking all the questions. If you are asking all the questions you are winning the game. If you are talking about the opportunity, you are selling and telling and you are losing the game. You want to be asking the questions and then, LISTEN to the reply, take notes, and be interested in what the person is saying. You are directing the conversation and believe me people will sell themselves on their dream. People love to talk about their desires. You want ot get to know this person and what they are looking for. Don't make them feel like they are a number you will lose them.
