Out of these models the XL20i and the XL15i are at a seventy four and are the quietest. The XR15 is still quiet but not as silent as the ones before and it is at seventy five. The XB14 unit by far the loudest of these models and is at a seventy nine. Although they are different in sound levels they are all pretty silent when compared to other brands.
There are other categories such as the super efficiency section that includes the XL14i and the standard efficiency section that the XB13 is included in. The bigger the area will mean the bigger air conditioning unit you will need.
The same goes for small areas as well. The XB13 is great on a low budget but it is not as quiet when running as other models. The XB13 unit has a sound level of seventy eight while the other two models, the XL20i and the XL14i, have a level of seventy four. In the end, the main differences between the models are how much they can cool and how quiet they are while doing it.

Medium sized homes can differ depending on the size of the house but most consumers prefer to go with the high efficiency units because they are a bit less costly.
