This experience has changed my lie. So many things happened that I do not know where to start. It is typical to be skeptical of any product, especially a weight loss product. The phrase "life changing" is thrown around so much and I thought that this would be another one of those times, but I quickly learned differently.
I have had the opportunity to amaze several medical professionals and that started right from the very beginning. I had gone to several doctors trying to get my cholesterol under control and I had conceded to the fact that I would be taking medication to lower it for the rest of my life. About the time that this experience started, doctor had increased the dosage of the medicine that I was already taking. The problem was getting worse, not better with what I was already taking.You can probably guess that I did not take that new medicine. When I went back for my follow up, my cholesterol was lowered to the point where he took me off cholesterol medication altogether.
At our church, new hosted a health fair and presented our new find to fellow church members. We had a volunteer from the diabetes association that I had known for a while. At the fair, were theree people who took Bios Life Slim on a regular basis, including myself. This person pulled me to the side to ask what was in this stuff because all 3 of us showed amazing results for our cholesterol levels.
It is probably somewhat due to the weight that I have lost while using Slim, but my back problems are also now lessened. My chiropractor has spread my appointments from once a week to 4 times a year. Pretty soon, I should not have to go at all.
So many things are different for me now. First, I can do so much more now. Since I have started taking Bios Life, I am a lot more active. Now, I play tennis twice a week. When I am not playing tennis, I am out doing some type of physical activity.
My confidence level has soared too. I used to avoid mirrors because I was ashamed of all the weight that I had gained. These days, i enjoy seeing the changes that the weight loss has made for me.Not only does it show up in my personal life, but in my work also.
I have avoided being seen in public back home for a long time. People back there remember me as a 140 pound high school athlete, not the 265 pound couch potato that I had become. It was always embarrassing meeting someone that I had not seen for years and to have to deal with their reaction from seeing all of the weight that I had gained. I have not gone to the annual homecoming at my old church for almost 20 years, my weight being one of the reasons. This year, I am looking forward to going and plan to be there for the first time in a long time.
When I found out about Bios Life Slim, I stopped by a couple of gyms to find out about talking to some of the participants to see if they would be interested in using it. For the most part, I was always laughed out of the place. When I look back, I know what they were thinking, how can he talk to us about losing weight. Everyone knows the story of the 98 pound weakling who got pushed around until he got sick and tired and then went and bulked up and came back as a new and improved person. I now know how he felt. It would be a great feeling to walk in now and see what they think.
Last, but maybe most importantly, I have learned that Bios Life Slim is not just a diet product, but a life style change. Life does not stop when you decide to try and lose weight. You still have to worry with the every day stresses of life and the temptations that exist. I have 3 brothers still living and 2 of them are unable to work because of health problesm. The fourth brother had succumb to a heart attack at an early age. During my 180 day period the third of the three surviving brothers had to have open heart surgery. He survived, but is now also unable to work. One of my first cousins also died of heart issues, while I was involved in this contest.
It says a lot that knowing what I am potentially facing I believe that using Slim and keeping up the lifestyle changes that I have made will help me to avoid the same fate. Also, during those weak moments when I allowed myself what I believed to be a well deserved indulgence, Slim helped to neutralize the foods that I had eaten and helped to keep the weight from coming back.
