Sponsors will tell you that network marketing is not sales; it is sharing. A person who really wants to be helpful will tell you that sales and network marketing go hand in hand and that you will need sales skills if you hope to make it in this industry. This is especially true with ad copywriting. What you want to accomplish with good copywriting is to convince your prospects that their beliefs are inadequate and that yours are better, but mediocre copywriting will never do this.

One marketing technique that will work if you do it right is sending out solo ads through email, but it will require sales skills that you may not currently possess right now. This article will be helpful in getting you off to a good start with good copywriting. As was stated above, the point of your copywriting is to mold the beliefs of others own into your own beliefs. In this example we will pretend that you are marketing a business opportunity. The belief that you have is that your opportunity outshines all others. Anyone who has been adequately convinced that your words are true will join your business.

List builders are communities that you can join where you will have, in one company's case, the chance to send emails to 3,000 other members every three days. This is where you will be able to utilize these emails that you are learning to write now. With compelling headlines the plan is for several of the members to click on your ad and be sent to your website. If you do not learn adequate sales skills before you write your copy they will not want to click on your ads and it will be a complete waste of time and money joining any of the list builders.

There are four things you will want to remember when you begin writing copy. When you write copy the point is to make sales and the more honest you are in this process the better it will be for you. People will only buy from other people if they trust them and if you come across as a phony who only cares about making sales then it will be more difficult for you. You will also need to provide proof of your claims that will show that your business opportunity, for example, is a good one that they should get into. Also, if you come across as an expert in whatever field you are engaged in the prospects will look forward to receiving your ads in their inboxes. Good sales skills will make it so you do not appear to be blatantly selling anything; you don't want to annoy your prospects or else they will dread seeing your emails in their inboxes.

To help you learn what good copy looks like, get in the habit of reading other people's copy. You always want to learn from the people who know how to write copy for an email ad campaign which has had success in encouraging their prospects to click their links. There are also emails that have been tested and proven to convert that you can tailor toward your own business. In this manner you don't have to take any time learning how to write copy and you can begin with a list builder immediately.
