As an active network marketer, it is critical to stay on the pulse of what is happening in the industry. Over the last couple of weeks, there has been a lot of buzz about a new company getting ready to launch called Elur. If you’re thinking about joining Elur, read this review first as I will go into the company, the products, the compensation plan and, most importantly, whether or not Elur is a company set up to have long term success.
Elur is a multilevel marketing company that markets health products. It’s based out of Tampa, Florida and is set to officially launch on July 16th, 2010. Currently, they haven't laumched yet, so there is a limited amount of information available on them. However, the company is allowing people to join and get positioned in the company’s matrix. The current cost to get started is between $49 and $499. There may be additional costs, and there will be an autoship requirement in order to maximize the compensation plan.
What Makes Elur Different?
It's rumored that Elur is extremely well funded. In addition, they have been fortunate enough to attract some equity partners.
The company's coporate management team is also very experienced. The corporate team is led by Clint Call and Curtis McKinlay, two network marketing veterans that were also co-founders of Zrii, another network marketing company dealing with health products also. With Zrii's launch being one of the most successful launches in the industry, there is no doubt that they have experience in launching new companies.Unfortunately, Zrii didn’t live up to all the hype, which may be why Call and McKinlay left.
Elur’s product line consists of four breakthrough products geared towards enhancing health, butrition, balance and longevity. In addition, Elur uses Nutribind Technology, which is supposed to allow your body to absorb nutrients faster.
Now, Let’s Move To The Compensation Plan…
Elur’s compensation plan runs on a linear 5X7 matrix, making it a very unique compensation model in the industry. As technical as it may sound, it basically means that any rep that joins after you will fall into your matrix even if you didn't recruit them. Elur also has a Fast Start Bonus paid out on 3 levels, a 20% Matching Bonus, a 10% Builder Bonus and a luxury car program. It certainly looks like the company is paying out a generous percentage of what they're taking in.
In closing, Elur looks like a solid opportunity and not a scam. They have an experienced management team, four high quality products, a unique compensation plan and aggressive goals to go global in the near future. Coupled with the fact that they haven’t launched yet, and you can potentially be on the groundfloor of the next big network marketing company.
With that said, simply enrolling in Elur will not guarantee success. The only thing Elur gives you is an opportunity to get involved and build your own business. At the end of the day, your success will rely on whether or not you can recruit other reps, sell products and train others to do the same. If you can accomplish this successfully, you can potentially build yoursefl a nice residual income. However, if you can't do this, you will be dead in the water and you will struggle for sure. That’s why it’s imperative that you learn the most cutting edge and effective marketing techniques that will allow you to generate 50-100 leads a day, so you can personally sponsor 10-20 people a month almost effortlessly. My advice is to find a marketing system that'll permit you to do this. Unless you get the correct training, chances are you will struggle just like the 97% of marketers who fail in the industry.
